For anyone that is out of warranty or not lucky enough to get assistance from Mazda or the dealership, I would suggest replacing the screen yourself. Try to locate a used screen from eBay, LKQ, or another online source and you'll save a ton of money over new.
For everyone wondering about the blank screen problem, it's actually a feature. Holding down the Mute/Power button for 2 seconds will turn off the screen. Doing the same again will turn it back on. This I can confirm is true of 2021 CX-30's.
